Assets is the equipment register and maintenance tracker in one — every rig, light vehicle and piece of plant, what it's due for, and what's been done — without the maintenance spreadsheet.
What needs doing, at a glance
The dashboard shows total machines, how many are in the workshop, services overdue and services due this week — each one a tap away from the list behind it — plus a "Needs doing now" list and what's coming up in the next 7 days.
One register for every machine
- Asset number, type, site, status, rego, VIN/serial, make, model, build and purchase dates, supplier, hours, km and notes
- Drill rigs come in automatically from BINGS Launcher — the same rigs, on the same sites, as every other module
- Search and filter by site, type, status and make, and export the register to CSV
- Attach rego papers, manuals and service sheets to each machine
- Print a QR label for any machine — scan it with a phone to open its record on the spot
Service plans that fit how you maintain
- By calendar (weekly, fortnightly, monthly), by hour meter, by odometer, or a one-off job
- Apply a plan to one machine, or every machine of a type across a site in one go
- Standard codes (WKLY, FN, M/S, 250HR, 10000KM) ready to go, and your own added in Settings
- When a bigger service lands on the same day as a smaller one, only the bigger one shows — and doing it counts for both
- Every plan shows plainly: overdue, due today, due soon, scheduled, or hours/km to go
The maintenance tracker
- Due — every plan, most urgent first, with one-tap Log service
- Schedule — a colour-coded calendar per machine that runs straight on into next month, showing done, missed and due
- History — every service logged, with who logged it, filterable by date and exportable to CSV
- All of it filters by site, type, machine, service and status
Bring your spreadsheet with you
Import your existing maintenance schedule spreadsheet: machines join the register, the service codes on it become plans, rigs are matched to your Launcher rigs, and nothing dated before the import is counted as missed. Run it again and it updates rather than duplicates.
Works with no signal
The register and maintenance tracker are kept on the device. Log a service in the workshop or on the rig with no signal, and it syncs when the connection returns.
Where it is right now
Assets has been rebuilt on the same shared platform as Run Book, Stock and People and is in testing on real equipment before it's called field-tested.
